Conditions of purchase according to swedish law.
Tax Free
Swedish VAT not included in orders from countries outside EU.
Lowest order amount 15 EURO
If the amount is lower than 15 EURO the order process is not avaible.
Order confirmation
Your order will be automatic confirmed in an email. Therefore it is important
for you to write your correct email adress when you make your order.
Card Payment
Card payment only (VISA, Mastercard). Make your Card Payment
directly in the cashier with your Card. No extra charge. Your order
will be directly served. Also it is easy for us to repay if there are
any problems, or if any product is out of sale.
Freight costs
Parcels (VAT 25% included to EU countries)
10 EURO for parcels max 0,25 kg
15 EURO for parcels max 0,5 kg
19 EURO for parcels max 1 kg
22 EURO for parcels max 2 kg
24 EURO for parcels max 3 kg
26 EURO for parcels max 4 kg
28 EURO for parcels max 5 kg
31 EURO for parcels max 6 kg
33 EURO for parcels max 7 kg
36 EURO for parcels max 8 kg
38 EURO for parcels max 9 kg
40 EURO for parcels max 10 kg
No extra charge is added on Parcels.

Delivery time
Normal delivery 7-14 days from payment day.
Transport damages
Damaged parcels and products, must be reported directly to your delivery office.
Then call us or send a mail and tell us what happened.
Returns
Please do not miss your parcel delivery. If the parcel is returned, you have to pay the return delivery costs. Call us immediately if you of some reason cannot pick your parcel up from your delivery office. Returned parcels will be repayed as soon as we have the parcel back. However you have to pay all the delivery costs, even the return cost. So please think twice before you go ahead. Just purchase the products you really want or really are interested in.
